Help Me Hold On to the Life I Still Have

There are moments in life when everything changes in an instant. For me, that moment came in 2025. I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. What followed was a difficult journey filled with treatments, setbacks, and uncertainty. After my first chemotherapy treatment, I experienced a life-threatening reaction, and doctors later discovered that the cancer had spread. My health declined faster than I ever imagined. Things that once seemed simple — walking, moving around the house, getting through a normal day — became difficult. Today, I sometimes rely on a wheelchair or crutches just to get around. Because chemotherapy is no longer considered safe for me, my family and I have been looking for other ways to support my body and continue moving forward. For the past several months, that has included hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nutritional support, vitamins, minerals, and other treatments. These options come with significant costs, and most are not covered by insurance. At the same time, I've had to stop working, leaving my family with only one income while our medical expenses continue to grow. But behind every medical bill is a reason to keep going. I have three sons. My youngest is just 17. I have a husband who has stayed beside me through the hardest moments and continues to believe that there can be better days ahead. I want to be there for them. The funds raised will help my family cover treatment-related expenses, therapy sessions, nutrition, supplements, and other costs associated with my ongoing care.
